Things you need to know

Applications for the 2015 Newdegate Machinery Field Days are now open! All exhibitor details are in the 2015 Prospectus – download your copy now

Applications and payment must be received by the Field Days Secretary no later than 30 June 2015.

All Exhibitor Conditions are detailed in the 2015 Prospectus, and apply to all Exhibitors and their representatives.

All exhibitors must hold Public Liability Insurance. Please ensure you send a copy of your Public Liability and Certificate of Currency with your application.

All display sites are to remain in place and attended until after 4pm on Thursday of the event.

Office hours during the Newdegate Machinery Field Days are 7:30am – 5:30pm. The Field Days Committee can be contacted at the Field Days Office.

Exhibitor Camping
Exhibitor camping on the Field Day site is available from Monday of event week only. There is no charge. Campers may bring quiet generators with extension cords. Please ensure they are placed a good distance from other campers and are turned off between 9.30pm and 6.30am.

Be Heard at Newdegate
- For $75 a day, you can have your products or services announced over the public address system on each day of the event. Your announcement will also be broadcast on Midalia Steel 93.1FM during the event. For more details, see page 21 of the 2015 Prospectus.
